Tyre & Wheel Service

Tyre service is a small-parts trade: valve cores, stems, caps, balance weights, tread gauges and bead levers. The parts cost very little, and running out of one of them stops a car on the ramp — which is why this category is stocked in packs rather than singles.

The tools here are chosen to be used daily rather than occasionally: a metal-cased tread gauge survives a winter in a van door, a valve core tool that does not bend is cheaper than replacing a wheel. Everything ships DDP by sea, and the packs are small enough to add to another order without moving the freight.
