What we collect

Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone and order contents. Payment data: handled by our acquirer — we receive a token and the last four digits, never your full card number. Technical data: IP address, user agent and pages viewed, through analytics and server logs.

Why we collect it

To fulfil and deliver orders, to handle returns and warranty claims, to meet customs and tax record-keeping duties, to prevent fraud, and to improve the store.

We do not sell your personal information

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.

Who we share it with

Our payment acquirer, our freight forwarder and the final-mile carrier (only what the shipment needs), our email provider, and our analytics provider. Authorities where customs or tax law requires it. Each is bound to use the data only for that purpose.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing email at any time. California residents may additionally request the categories of information collected, the sources, the business purpose and the categories of recipients. Email the address on the contact page; we respond within 45 days.

Retention and security

Order records are kept for the period tax and customs law requires. Data is transmitted over TLS and access is restricted to staff who need it.

We use functional cookies to run the cart and checkout, and analytics cookies to understand traffic. Blocking functional cookies will break checkout; blocking analytics will not.
