30-day returns on unused goods

Send it back within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging, unused and complete, and we refund the item price. Return shipping on a change-of-mind return is yours; we will tell you the depot address so you are not paying international postage to China.

Faulty, damaged or not as described

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from the listing, tell us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the outer carton and the item. We cover return costs and you choose repair, replacement or a full refund. Carton damage claims must be raised within 14 days of签收 — after that the carrier will not open a case.

What cannot be returned

• Items that have been used, installed, modified or are missing packaging.
• Cut-to-length, made-to-order or specially sourced goods.
• Chemicals and consumables once opened.
• Items shipped by truck freight that were signed for as clear — freight damage has to be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

How to start a return

Email the order number, the SKU and photos to the address on the contact page. We reply with an RMA number and the return address within one business day. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching the depot.
