The Coalition BN-NB002 Semi-Automatic Nitrogen Inflator Machine is a professional nitrogen tire inflation system built for tire shops, car beauty shops, fast repair shops and repair factories. Using CMS (carbon molecular sieve) as the absorption raw material, it produces high-purity nitrogen on demand — no external nitrogen bottles required — with adjustable purity from 95% to 99.5% for safer, longer-lasting and more fuel-efficient tires.
Operation is simple and efficient: automatic pressure sensing reads the tire pressure, the adjustable vacuum cycle purges the tire, and the machine automatically inflates to the preset target after the vacuum. The screen display plus digital display gives technicians clear, accurate readings across the 1–7 Bar (15–102 psi) range, while stainless steel metal buttons stand up to years of daily use in a demanding workshop.
With a 65L air tank, 35–55 L/min nitrogen flow and a long 10m rubber pipe, the BN-NB002 keeps pace with high-volume service on motorcycles, cars and small to medium-sized vehicles. Its compact 660×450×1350mm cabinet saves valuable floor space while letting shops offer a premium nitrogen service: more stable tire pressure, slower pressure loss, reduced rim and valve oxidation, better fuel economy and improved driving safety.
