Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These terms govern every sale made through this store. Placing an order means you accept them.
2. Prices and duty
All prices are in US dollars and are delivered duty paid to an address in the contiguous 48 states: freight, export and import clearance, import duty and tariffs, and final-mile delivery are included. Prices exclude any state or local sales or use tax, which is the buyer's responsibility where it applies. Prices may change without notice; the price accepted at checkout is the price charged.
3. Orders
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. If an item is mispriced, out of stock, or not shippable to your address under the limits on our shipping page, we cancel and refund in full.
4. Delivery and risk
Stated transit times are estimates, not guarantees; customs exams and carrier delays are outside our control and are not grounds for compensation. Risk passes on delivery to the address you gave. Freight damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 14 days.
5. Returns and warranty
Returns follow the returns page; warranty follows the warranty page. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable state law.
6. Product information
Dimensions, load ratings and capacities are manufacturer figures and are quoted as stated. Load ratings are total distributed load. Specifications may change between production runs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss arising from misuse, overloading or modification of a product.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including customs action, carrier failure, port congestion, extreme weather, or government measures such as new tariffs or import restrictions.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration in English, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
