About ProFix Tools US

ProFix Tools is the tools and hardware line of Yiwu Flying Eagle Trading Firm, a Chinese export business that has shipped workshop equipment, hand tools and hardware to Europe and now to the continental United States on delivered duty paid terms.

Why this store exists

The US tool market is not short of choice. It is short of sellers who will tell you what a shipment actually costs before you commit to it. Duty, Section 301 surcharges, volumetric billing and oversize fees are where a $60 order quietly becomes a $140 order. We built this store so the number on the page is the number you pay.

What we do differently

• Published freight basis. Every product page states packed weight, packed volume and the lane we will actually use.
• Duty inside the price. We pre-clear the HS classification and absorb the tariff into the selling price rather than invoicing you afterwards.
• We delist rather than guess. Liquids the lane refuses, cartons over the parcel limits and anti-dumping-rate products are removed or moved to quote-only.
