Shipping

How long does delivery take? 45 to 60 days door to door on the standard DDP sea lane, from the consolidation date. Heavy or oversize items quoted for truck freight run on their own schedule, given at quote time.

Where do you ship? The contiguous 48 states. Not PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico or the US Virgin Islands.

Is duty included? Yes. Freight, customs entry, import duty and tariffs, and final-mile delivery are all in the displayed price.

Why is my bulky-but-light order expensive to ship? Carriers bill volumetric weight at length × width × height ÷ 6000 in centimetres. A big light carton can bill heavier than a small dense one.

Orders and payment

What currency? US dollars.

Do you charge sales tax? No. Use or sales tax on a direct import, where it applies, is the buyer's obligation.

Can I get a commercial invoice? Yes, with every shipment and emailed on request.

Returns and warranty

Return window? 30 days for unused goods in original packaging; 14 days to report damage or a fault, with photos.

Who pays return shipping? You do on a change of mind; we do on damage, fault or a mis-described item.

Warranty? One year against defects in materials and workmanship, plus whatever your state law gives you.

Products

Why is some of the European catalogue missing? Liquids the lane will not carry, cartons over the parcel size and weight limits, and products whose US duty rate makes a retail price meaningless. Those are quoted or not sold here.

Are load ratings honest? They are quoted as total distributed load. We say so on the product page and in the warranty.
