Warranty

One-year limited warranty

Hand tools, storage, hardware and garage equipment carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, counted from the delivery date. If a covered defect appears, we repair, replace or refund at our option.

What is not covered

• Normal wear: cutting edges, pads, brushes, seals, coatings and consumable surfaces.
• Damage from misuse, overloading beyond the stated rating, modification or improper storage.
• Commercial or rental abuse beyond the product's stated duty class.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect function.

Load ratings are not a suggestion

Shelving and racking ratings on this site are quoted as total distributed load. Point-loading a single shelf, or loading a wall-mounted unit into drywall without hitting studs, is outside the warranty. If you are unsure, ask before you order — we would rather size it correctly the first time.

Your state-law rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under the law of your state, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness where they apply.
