The Coalition BN-NB001 Full-Automatic Nitrogen Inflator Machine is a professional nitrogen tire inflation system designed for tire shops, car beauty shops, fast repair shops and repair factories. Using CMS (carbon molecular sieve) as the absorption raw material, it generates high-purity nitrogen on demand — no external nitrogen bottles required — delivering 95%–99.5% purity for safer, longer-lasting and more fuel-efficient tires.
Operation is completely hands-free: automatic pressure sensing detects the tire pressure, the adjustable vacuum cycle purges the tire, and the machine automatically inflates and deflates to the preset target. The digital screen and digital display give technicians clear, accurate readings across the 1–7 Bar (15–102 psi) range, while stainless steel metal buttons ensure reliable long-term use in a demanding workshop environment.
With a 70L air tank, 7–55 L/min nitrogen flow and a long 10m rubber pipe, the BN-NB001 keeps up with high-volume service on motorcycles, cars and small to medium-sized vehicles.
