110 mm high, 1,800 mm lift, no trench

A super-thin scissor lift for body shops, prep bays and wheel work. It sits 110 mm off the floor, lifts 4,000 kg to 1,800 mm, and needs only a level concrete slab.

One-touch levelling, same height every time

The platform returns to a set height at the touch of a button. On a body shop floor that matters more than capacity: panels and gaps are judged against the height the technician works at, and a platform that stops a few millimetres off every cycle makes that judgement harder.

No ramps needed

Lowered, the platforms barely clear the floor — low enough for lowered and sports cars to drive over without blocks. That is the difference between a bay that takes any car and one that turns the low ones away.

Installation

Concrete slab min. 200 mm, level to 5 mm, bay roughly 7,000 x 4,000 mm. Cabinet 1,200-2,600 mm away, cylinders inwards with 2,500-3,000 mm wall clearance.
