The BN-BDJ002 (5 m) is a super-thin wheel alignment scissor lift with a sliding sub-platform and a full van-length deck. It stands 140 mm above the floor when lowered and bolts onto an existing concrete slab, so there is no trench to cut and no pit to build.
Van-length deck, adjustable supports
5m of deck at 620 mm wide, rated 5,000 kg, is long enough to place a Sprinter, Transit or Crafter where it should sit instead of letting it overhang the end. The sub-platform supports then slide across a 665-1,560 mm span, so the small cars that arrive in the same fleet are supported at their own track width rather than being squeezed onto a fixed platform. Single or double sub-slides can be specified according to the mix of vehicles you actually see.
No civil works, no closed bay
Installation needs a concrete slab of at least 200 mm, flat to +/-5 mm, and a bay of roughly 7,500 x 4,000 mm. Nothing is excavated, so there is no jackhammer, no concrete cutting, no permit and no contractor schedule to wait for - the lift is typically in service far sooner than an in-ground equivalent. Because nothing is buried, it can also be unbolted and moved if the workshop relocates.
Working heights
140 mm lowered means low-slung cars and vans drive over it without ramps. It lifts to 2,000 mm for standing work underneath, and the sub-platform rises to 450 mm to bring the second axle to a level height for alignment.
Construction
The platform arm is 30 mm thick, which holds the deck rigid under a loaded van instead of letting it flex. Stainless steel slide rails keep the travel smooth and resist wear, the hydraulic system uses imported solenoid valves and sealing components, and LED work lamps built into the platform light the underside of the vehicle.
Safety
A patented safety lock with pneumatic locking and unlocking holds the platform mechanically during work. The control circuit runs on 24 V safety voltage to international standards, with phase-failure and overload protection.
Positioning
Cylinders face inwards, at least 2,000 mm from the wall; the control cabinet sits 1,200-2,600 mm from the lift. We can confirm the layout and whether a single or double sub-slide suits you.
Certification
CE certified. Insured by Pacific Insurance Company, Ministry of Transportation certified.
