region_note_h Customs and duty: our DDP lanes include import duty and clearance, so the price on this page is the price you pay. Where the $3.48-per-item duty applies to low-value consignments, we group items into sets precisely so the cost is spread rather than multiplied.

  • Long reach for the inner barrel — your knuckles stay out of the rim
  • Soft and stiff filaments sold separately: one brush cannot do both jobs
  • Crimped ferrule and polypropylene body — survives repeated soaking in wheel cleaner
  • Work it wet with the cleaner already on the surface — dry brushing only moves the dust around

What it is for

Brake dust is ferrous, abrasive and bonded to the wheel by heat — the reason a wheel comes clean with a brush and stays grey with a sponge. Both the bristle and the reach matter: a long handle gets to the back of the rim without your knuckles going in first, and a filament stiff enough to lift the dust will not mark a lacquered face if it is worked wet, with the cleaner already on the surface.

This variant is the Soft-Bristle, 30 cm. Bristles are nylon, set into a body of polypropylene with a crimped ferrule; overall length 30 cm. Soft and stiff are sold as separate brushes on purpose — one brush doing both jobs either scratches a diamond-cut face or leaves the inner barrel dirty.

Specification detail

Soft-Bristle, 30 cm. nylon filaments 0.35 mm thick in a body of polypropylene, crimped ferrule; overall length 30 cm.

Buying more than one

Orders are consolidated and re-weighed at intake, and freight is re-calculated on the actual chargeable weight. If you are ordering several items for one address, ask us for a combined quote before paying — mixing light and bulky items usually brings the freight share down.
