The BN-XJ002 is a movable mid-rise scissor lift. It stands 115 mm off the floor, carries 4,000 kg to a 1,000 mm working height, and moves on its own rollers - no trench, no foundation, no installation.

One lift, every bay
Because nothing is fixed, the XJ002 goes to the car instead of the car coming to the lift. In a tyre shop that means the same unit works its way along a row of vehicles; in a body shop it frees the spray booth, the prep area and the wheel bay from needing their own lift. On a site where the floor cannot be cut - rented units, upper floors, temporary premises - it is often the only option that works at all.

Working height, honestly stated
1,000 mm is wheel, brake, suspension and body-panel height. It is not standing room underneath; if you need to walk under the car, this is the wrong product and the XJ001 or a BDJ lift is the right one. Being clear about that on the page saves a return.

Platforms and approach
The platforms stretch from 1,460 mm to 2,010 mm to suit the vehicle, at 490 mm wide with a 20 mm thick arm that stays rigid under load. A two-way approach bridge lets the car drive on from either end, which matters when the lift is parked between two rows of vehicles rather than in a dedicated bay.

Moving and locking
The unit rolls on castors with an associated base. Move it only when it is unloaded: raise the lift to its high position, remove the rollers after installing it in place, lower it to the lowest position, then connect the hook under the control cabinet to the lift base and lock it before use. The sequence is on the sheet and belongs in the manual - do not skip it.

Safety
A patented safety lock with pneumatic locking and unlocking secures the platforms during work. The control circuit runs on 24 V safety voltage to international standards, with default-phase and overload protection. Stainless steel slide rails keep the travel smooth; hydraulics use imported solenoid valves and sealing components.
