The BN-XJ001 is a compact in-ground scissor lift for quick service work - oil changes, tyres, brakes, inspection and pre-delivery checks. Two 550 mm platforms lift 4,000 kg to 2,030 mm, and when lowered they sit inside a 335 mm recess so the bay floor stays clear.

Built for the work that pays the rent
Most of a workshop's lift time is not alignment. It is a car up for twenty minutes to drain oil, swap wheels or check a brake line. The XJ001 is shaped around that job: quick to raise (60 seconds), narrow enough to leave room to work around, and flush with the floor so the bay can be used for anything else the moment it is down.

Stretchable platforms
The platform length adjusts between 1,540 mm and 1,740 mm, so the lift can be set for the vehicles you actually see instead of forcing a compromise position. At 330 mm lowered height, lowered and sports cars clear it without wooden blocks - a small thing that matters more than it sounds, because a car you cannot get onto the lift is a job you turn away.

Installed once, out of the way
The lift needs a 1,580 mm long, 600 mm wide recess at 335 +/- 5 mm depth, with the two trenches 900 mm apart and a Ø100 mm cable channel to the control cabinet. Concrete must be at least 200 mm and level to within 5 mm. We supply the foundation drawing before the order so your contractor can price the work, and the cylinders face inwards with 2,500-3,000 mm clearance from the wall.

Safety and build
An electric air-lock safety device with a patented pneumatic lock holds the platforms mechanically while work is carried out. The control circuit runs on 24 V safety voltage to international standards, with default-phase and overload protection. Stainless steel slide rails keep the travel smooth and resist wear, and the hydraulic system uses imported solenoid valves and sealing components.
