The BN-XJ001X is an in-ground scissor lift for quick service work with platforms that stretch to suit the vehicle. It lifts 4,000 kg to 2,030 mm, sits inside a 335 mm recess when lowered, and adjusts from 1,640 mm to 2,040 mm in both directions.
For bays that see more than hatchbacks
A short platform forces long cars and small vans into the wrong position: too much overhang at one end, not enough support where the weight is. The XJ001X stretches in both directions to 2,040 mm, so an estate, a crossover or a small panel van sits properly on the platforms. On a bay that services a mixed car park all day, that difference removes a recurring argument with the job.
Still a quick-service lift
The travel is 60 seconds up and 50 seconds down, which is what matters when the lift is used twenty times a day for oil, tyres and brakes rather than parked under one car for an alignment. At 330 mm lowered height, low cars drive on without blocks.
Installation
The recess is 1,670 mm long, 580 mm wide and 335 +/- 5 mm deep, with the trenches 900 mm apart, a Ø100 mm cable channel to the control cabinet and at least 200 mm of concrete levelled to within 5 mm. Cylinders face inwards with 2,500-3,000 mm clearance from the wall. The foundation drawing is supplied before the order.
Safety and build
An electric air-lock safety device with a patented pneumatic lock secures the platforms mechanically during work. The control circuit runs on 24 V safety voltage to international standards, with default-phase and overload protection. Stainless steel slide rails keep travel smooth and resist wear; hydraulics use imported solenoid valves and sealing components.
