  • Ships from Sea freight, LCL or FCL, SKD packed

Duty paid: Customs and duty: our DDP lanes include import duty and clearance, so the price on this page is the price you pay. Where the $3.48-per-item duty applies to low-value consignments, we group items into sets precisely so the cost is spread rather than multiplied.

What it does

  • 5,500 kg on 650 mm runways, 30% more steel under each wheel, so a loaded van or light truck is carried rather than balanced
  • 3,050 mm between columns and 3,467 mm overall, wide-track bodies and mirrors go on straight, first time, no folding and no spotter
  • 5,700 mm of lane inside a 6,500 mm frame , extended-wheelbase vans and long-bed pickups stay on steel with the turntables still in reach
  • The same alignment deck as the rest of the range: position-adjustable front turntables and a side-sliding rear plate system for your machine
  • Wire-rope mechanical self-lock plus a secondary lifting insurance lock — two independent systems holding the deck, not one

Runway width is a load question, not a comfort question

A 500 mm runway will physically hold a 5.5-tonne vehicle. It will not hold it well: the load concentrates on the tyre's contact patch and the deck works harder than it should. The H4-12A's 650 mm runways put 30% more steel under each wheel, which is what you want when the vehicle in question is a loaded panel van or a light truck rather than a saloon.

Wide track needs column clearance

Wide-body SUVs, dual-cab pickups and vans with broad mirrors are where a standard four-post becomes a two-person job of folding mirrors and edging in. At 3,050 mm between columns — 307 mm more than the H4-11A — a driver can put the vehicle on straight, first time, without a spotter. The 1,000 mm between runway inner edges is unchanged, so the wheels still sit fully on the deck.

Length for the vehicles that keep arriving

5,700 mm of lane and 6,500 mm overall covers extended-wheelbase vans and long-bed pickups that overhang a 5.0 m deck. Check your longest regular vehicle against the lane length rather than its overall length — it is the wheelbase that decides whether the turntables reach the front wheels.

Still an alignment bay, not a ramp

The front turntables are position-adjustable and the rear plates form a side-sliding system for your alignment machine, moving laterally as the suspension settles. Runway spacing is adjustable and can be linked to the sliding travel of the platforms. The point of the extra width is that it does not cost you alignment capability — the deck is still built around the turntables, not adapted to them.

Two safety systems, not one

Wire-rope pulley transmission drives the deck; a mechanical self-locking device holds it with single-point manual unlocking control — one lever, one deliberate action. Behind it, a secondary lifting insurance lock catches the deck if the primary releases or the rope slackens. The single hydraulic cylinder is mounted low, and the independent power unit sits clear of the deck.
