The BN-LM001 is a clear-floor two-post lift designed for the lifting of small and medium-sized vehicles with a total weight of 4 tonnes or less, for vehicle inspection, repair and maintenance.
Unlike base-plate models, the two columns are connected by an overhead gantry beam, leaving the floor completely clear between the columns. There is no plate to trip over or drive around, so technicians can move freely under the vehicle, and trolleys, oil drains and exhaust-extraction arms all have full access.
The lift is driven by double hydraulic cylinders for smooth, stable lifting. Synchronous connection with two cylinders and two steel cables keeps the chain drive stable and the two columns balanced, so the vehicle always lifts level.
Safety is built in at every level: hydraulic, chain and explosion-proof valve safety devices work together with mechanical topping insurance to effectively protect vehicles from being damaged. The lift is manually lowered — safe, controlled and easy to operate.
The minimum lifting height is only 110 mm, which makes the BN-LM001 a good choice for high-end luxury cars with low ground clearance. Customised three-section arms adapt to more vehicle models, with an arm reach of 808–1350 mm.
Cable tubing is completely concealed, giving the lift a clean, professional appearance that is easy to keep clean. A bright work lamp design improves visibility under the vehicle.
