Duty paid: Customs and duty: our DDP lanes include import duty and clearance, so the price on this page is the price you pay. Where the $3.48-per-item duty applies to low-value consignments, we group items into sets precisely so the cost is spread rather than multiplied.

What it does

  • Automatic inflate, deflate and check - set the target, press the air key, and the machine stops itself at pressure
  • ±0.05 accuracy on an LCD readout, switchable between bar, psi and kPa from the panel — one number, no conversion in your head
  • 1-7 bar / 15-102 psi covers motorcycle, car, van and light commercial tires; heavy truck tires run above this range
  • 10 m of rubber hose reaches the far corner of a long-wheelbase van with the vehicle still on the ramp
  • 430 x 80 x 300 mm on the wall - reclaims the floor space a trolley inflator takes up, and needs only an 8-10 bar air line and AC220V

What "automatic" actually means here
There are three jobs in setting a tire — filling, checking and correcting over-pressure — and this machine does all three. You key in the target on the display, press the air key, and the inlet valve opens. When the sensor reads the set point, the valve closes and the buzzer sounds. If the tire came in over-pressure, the machine vents it back down to the set point: no gauge-watching, no thumb on a bleed valve, and the same result whether a technician or an apprentice is holding the hose.

Accuracy is the product
A tire that leaves 0.3 bar high comes back as a handling complaint; one that leaves low comes back as a wear claim. The BN-BGCQ001 reads to ±0.05 on a digital display with a 1–7 bar working range, and the panel switches units between bar, psi and kPa with the switchover key — so a customer's psi spec and your technician's bar reading are the same number, not a conversion made in someone's head.

Ten metres of hose changes the workflow
10 m of rubber hose is enough to reach the far corner of a long-wheelbase van with the vehicle still on the ramp, and enough to serve a second bay from the same wall unit. The hose returns to a hook beside the body, so it is off the floor between jobs — which is also the single biggest thing that stops a hose getting driven over.

Wall space instead of floor space
At 430 × 80 × 300 mm and mounted at eye level, the unit gives you back the square metre a wheeled inflator occupies and puts the display where a technician actually looks. Nothing to trip over, nothing to roll away, nothing to lose. The body is a sealed wall cabinet with the controls on the front face, so the working parts stay out of the way of the hose and the tools.

What it needs from your workshop
This is an inflator, not a compressor — it takes shop air at 8–10 kg/cm² (8–10 bar) and delivers up to 7 kg/cm². Run it off a filtered, dried line: the unit is rated for air with oil content ≤ 0.03% and a dew point ≤ 2 °C, and a cheap coalescing filter upstream is far less expensive than a blocked valve. Electrical supply is AC 220 V / 50 Hz as listed; a 15 kg/cm² breaking pressure protects the body if the inlet regulator fails.
